Mark Schultz is the Chief Strategy Officer, working for ASG Results since its inception in 1998. Prior to forming ASG, Mark worked as a Sales and Finance & Insurance Trainer for franchise automobile dealerships. A graduate of Southwest Texas State University and a 2007 graduate of Southwest CUNA Management School, Mark develops and trains ASG’s ancillary curriculum. Mark is most known for his prestigious Car School instruction where credit unions and members have access to tools to enhance the vehicle purchase transaction. Mark is your Partner in Growth.
Jessica Schellhase is the Chief Financial Officer and has created a new sense of growth within ASG. While focusing on the financials, Jessica continually propels ASG forward on goals and strategies. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and her Masters of Accountancy from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining ASG, Jessica worked in oil and gas managing income statement reporting for the United States region. Jessica has been instrumental in the establishment of ASG’s financial infrastructure. Jessica’s tenacity has expanded the capacity of the inner office to support account acquisition. Randy has been in the financial services industry since obtaining his MBA from the University of Texas. After several years in mortgage banking and investment management, Randy joined ASG in 2002. Managing the day-to-day operations of our headquarters, Randy performs several critical functions. In addition to overseeing internal workflow, processes and procedures, Randy acts as the claims liaison between ASG and our insurance carriers. Born and raised in the Houston area, Randy loves to spend time outdoors in his spare time, mostly on the golf course. While at the University of Texas, Randy was a member of the All-Academic Southwest Conference Golf Team. He is also active in the missions field with the UM ARMY, a youth organization helping disabled senior citizens. Randy is your Partner in Growth.
Greg Liverett is the Vice President of Sales & Development with over 35 years of involvement in the Finance & Insurance industry. As a seasoned Automotive Finance & Insurance professional, Greg has a profound understanding of the auto lending process from different perspectives. Greg is dedicated to sharing ASG’s story, training and technology with every credit union nationwide. Galli Davis is the AVP of Lending & Sales Training with over 20 years of lending, consulting, and training expertise. Galli received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Tarleton State University and is a graduate of the Southwest CUNA Management School at Texas Christian University. Galli is one of the most sought-after speakers and consultants by credit unions interested and propelled to safely grow their loan portfolio. A former school teacher and finance manager, Galli speaks at conferences and credit unions across the Southwest using his innovative thinking and profound ability to motivate lending staff. Michael Murphy is the Director of Information Technology and has been working in IT within the finance and insurance product space for over 16 years. As a graduate of Penn State University, Michael pursued a career in Electrical Control System Engineering until 2004 when he changed careers and became a software developer. Prior to joining ASG, Michael worked for Allstate Dealer Services and ultimately becoming the VP of IT with National Auto Care. Michael joined ASG in 2019 with a primary focus of enhancing ASG’s industry leading technology in the credit union space. Michael’s interests include brewing his own beer. Jonathan Greene is a Strategy Director with over 15 years of credit union expertise with direct emphasis on consumer and auto lending. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and MBA in Finance and Human Resource Development from Southern University and A&M College. Also, Jonathan attended the Southwest CUNA Management School at Texas Christian University. Formerly, Jonathan was a lending and sales executive of a $500M Houston credit union, where he implemented a consultative member/sales approach and their direct auto loan portfolio grew to over 25% of their total membership. He transformed the way members negotiate and purchase vehicles at the dealer by using an auto check making them “cash buyers.” Jonathan is known for invoking change and energizing staff. Paige Rodriguez is the Director of Partner Experience & Support with over 20 years of providing professional consulting services to large scale organizations. Paige received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Stephens College. Prior to joining ASG, Paige worked in the oil and gas industry, effectively ensuring information assimilation. Paige brings a myriad of professional and personal skills uniquely equipped for the credit union sector. Heather McWethy is a Lending & Sales Training Manager with over 25 years of direct experience in the credit union industry. Most recently, Heather spent years as a Consumer Lending Consultant and Training Partner to many credit unions in the southwest region. Heather holds a wealth of consumer lending knowledge, successful training capability, execution of marketing directives, and a history of interacting with individuals of all capacities. Kevin O’Connor is a Lending & Sales Training Manager for the Midwest Region. Kevin started his career in the consumer finance industry before becoming a VP of Consumer and Mortgage Lending at a multinational bank. After spending over 10 years working at the bank, Kevin joined the credit union movement for another 10 years, taking on additional levels of responsibility. Kevin knows what truly drives results – it is a combination of training, technology, and accountability. It is the connection and relationship you build with the people you are serving. Kevin’s servant leadership and consultative approach has benefited his partner credit unions in the Midwest. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Indiana University. Jeff Chambers is a Business Development Manager. Jeff is a graduate of Houston Baptist University and served as a minister of youth and music for 18 years. He founded Chambers Ministry Group and has represented some of the most sought-after Christian speakers and entertainers. For the past 10 years, Jeff has been involved in the credit union movement. After spending seven years managing foreclosure portfolios for several credit unions, Jeff brought his unique talents and skill set to help launch our national marketing campaign. We are excited to introduce Michael Reichenstein, an accomplished Business Development Manager. With a solid 9 years of experience in the financial services industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management from Oklahoma State University, he brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Notably, he was the walk-on punter for OSU from 2009 to 2013, showcasing his determination and commitment. Michael’s extensive track record includes aiding numerous credit unions in the southwestern region in enhancing their non-interest income through our program. Outside of the office, you’ll often find Michael on the golf course, enjoying a round with clients or engaging in a lively game of pickleball.
